Since November...

things have been crazy! Here are a few things that have been going on.

December-

~ Brady had a great Christmas. He had a blast ripping paper off of boxes! His favorite toy was a riding lawn mower that looks just like Jeremy's. He loves it, but unfortunately hasn't figured out how to steer yet, so you have to watch your toes when he is driving!

~ He has also become a couch potato and wants to watch tv a lot. He likes getting in our bed and watching tv or cuddling up in the chair in the living room. He loves Elmo, Mickey Mouse, and Arthur.

January-

~ Brady started Mothers' Day Out. I cried more on the first day than he did. He is doing well, and although he still cries for a minute when I drop him off, he stops by the time he gets to his room. He is so excited when I pick him up and loves to hang ALL of his crafts on the fridge!

~ Brady loves trains, so we visited the train exhibit at the McWane Center and let him ride the train. He had a great time. I love taking him there! He can get out of his stroller and walk/run around and see everything. We always pack a lunch and make a morning of it!

~ Brady also graduated out of his crib (since he fell out twice) and is now in a toddler bed. He loves it!!! He loves playing on his bed and laying down to look at books. We also bought him a new shelf for his room that he enjoys playing with. He will spend a while pulling every book off of the shelf and looking at them, as well as dumping all of the toys out of the cubes. It gets a little messy, but he has a great time!

February-

~ Brady turned 2! We have a John Deere party planned, but had to call everyone and cancel because he got an ear infection the day before his party. The grandparents and the Austins still came over and we had a small party. He enjoyed it and made more of a mess with his cake this year than he did last year.

~ He also had a Valentine's Day party at school that my mom and I went to. He had fun and ate way too much sugar! I can't belive he is getting so big so fast!

We are trying to get ready for the baby- picking out paint colors, looking for strollers and beds, choosing a name...hopefully it will all get finished before May!!!!! Life is busy, but fun and we are having a blast!
